Stroudwater Commons

A home. And room for more.

One more space.
A world of possibility.

Make room for family, explore rental income, or plan for a different tomorrow—with an optional studio apartment of your own.

Add an ADU: additional income, space for family, and short-term rentals. Illustrated studio floorplan.
Furnishings are illustrative. Rental uses subject to applicable requirements.

Explore an income opportunity

A rental apartment could contribute toward the costs of ownership. Compare rental approaches, ongoing expenses, and the time you want to spend managing the space.

Keep your people close

Consider a separate place for family, with room for independence and the comfort of being nearby.

Think beyond today

Your needs can change. An additional studio gives you another space to consider as your household and plans evolve.

Two approaches to explore

What could rental
ownership look like?

Start with how you want to use the space, then confirm which options are available for your specific home.

Long-term rental

A home for someone.
An income stream for you.

A longer lease can offer a more consistent rental arrangement and less frequent turnover than short stays.

  • Potential for recurring monthly rental income
  • Fewer guest changeovers and cleaning cycles
  • A focus on tenant relationships and ongoing maintenance

Plan for vacancy, repairs, insurance, taxes, and management costs when comparing income with expenses.

Short-term rental

Short stays.
A different hosting rhythm.

Where permitted, shorter stays may offer a flexible hosting calendar. They also call for more hands-on coordination.

  • Potential to host visitors for shorter stays
  • More frequent cleaning, communication, and turnover
  • Income that can vary with demand and occupancy

Confirm eligibility and registration requirements before planning to offer an ADU for short-term stays.

Confirm the fit before you buy.

Rental options depend on applicable city requirements and condominium rules. Our team can help you confirm the requirements for your home. Rental income is not guaranteed.
